Overseeing the financial management of all marketing and sales campaigns, Carolyn has created accounting and business management control systems that keep PMA clients fully informed of project expenditures. As CFO, Carolyn administers all aspects of PMA’s legal agreements, accounting functions and human resources while keeping “world headquarters” running smoothly.

Kathryn is responsible for the day-to-day management of all PMA escrow activities and design centers. In her role as the on-site liaison between PMA clients and the homebuyers, Kathryn guides the consumer experience to promote each project’s unique selling points and generate increased sales.

Matt is responsible for all research and analysis of Bay Area competitive data for current and proposed real estate developments. Matt also assists in the creation of pricing models and project budgets as well as the tracking of real estate activity focusing on both local and national trends.

Tesa has a multi-faceted role in human resources and her day-to-day responsibilities include personnel, bookkeeping and client relations.
